For the past 10 years I have dedicated part of my time to social justice, equity, and inclusion. I have been mentored along the way by friends, activists, educators, and scholars to realize that honoring, respecting, and connecting to ALL of a person’s experience is a pathway toward equity and inclusion.
I have experience with and connected to a network of lead learners in the areas of:
- social identities
- stereotype threat
- listening with critical humility
- inspiring and creating change through dialogue
- culturally inclusive spaces and teaching practices
One of my goals is to offer a series of workshops for the WWCC community on the aforementioned topics. In the meantime, I am available to make presentations to student clubs and classrooms. Contact me!
