|Technology Services emphasize “One-Stop Calling”, meaning that all staff and students are encouraged to call the Helpdesk number to ensure the calls are answered, logged, and tracked to completion.
After-hours calls, 7am-5pm, will be assured a voice mail and will be attended to the next business day. Call the helpdesk at 527-HELP (x4357 on-campus).
In an after-hours emergency, a technician can be paged at 509.527.4866.
